Our Recruitment ProcessThe candidate journey
Eight stages, clearly shared responsibilities.
International recruitment involves several organisations. Here is what happens at each stage and who is responsible for each decision.

- 1
Initial Registration
You register online and receive a candidate reference number.
- 2
Candidate Assessment
A consultant reviews your experience, goals and eligibility.
- 3
Documentation and Qualification Verification
We check qualifications, registration status and references.
- 4
Employer Matching
Where appropriate, we present your profile to suitable employers.
- 5
Interviews and Selection
We coordinate interviews and help you prepare.
- 6
Employment Offer
The employer makes any offer directly; we help you understand it.
- 7
Pre-employment and Immigration Preparation
Employer checks, sponsorship and visa steps.
- 8
Pre-departure Support
Practical guidance before you travel, where offered.
Initial Registration
You complete our online registration and upload your CV. You receive a reference number and a confirmation email.
Candidate Assessment
Your consultant reviews your experience, goals, English language and registration status, and discusses realistic options with you.
Documentation and Qualification Verification
When needed, we ask you to upload specific documents securely, such as qualifications and registration evidence, and we contact referees.
Employer Matching
If your profile suits a genuine vacancy, we ask for your consent and present your profile to the employer.
Interviews and Selection
We arrange interviews, help you prepare and pass feedback both ways.
Employment Offer
The employer makes any offer directly. We make sure you understand the pay, hours, contract and conditions.
Pre-employment and Immigration Preparation
The employer completes pre-employment checks. If a visa is needed, the employer issues a Certificate of Sponsorship and you apply to the Home Office.
Pre-departure Support
Where offered, we share practical guidance on travel, accommodation and your first weeks in the UK.
