Anti-Bribery Policy

1. Commitment

We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or improper payments of any kind, in the UK or abroad, in line with the Bribery Act 2010.

2. Rules

• No payments to officials, regulators, employers or intermediaries to influence decisions about registration, visas, interviews or offers.
• No facilitation payments.
• Gifts and hospitality above £50 must be approved and recorded in the gifts register.
• Agents and partners must agree in writing to this policy and to the Code of Practice.
• Candidates will never be asked to pay anyone to secure an interview or a job.

3. Reporting

Concerns should be reported to a director or the Ethical Recruitment and Compliance Lead. We protect anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
